Deirdre is Executive Chairperson at Pharmacy2U. A pharmacist by training, she has extensive experience in business leadership. Deirdre’s previous roles include CEO and Chairperson at Medivet, and Executive Directorships in Walgreens Boots Alliance and EE. She also holds a number of non-executive roles, working with private equity-backed companies in the healthcare, pharmacy and travel sectors.

Oliver is CEO of Reset Health and Director of MCM Capital. Previously, he served as CEO of financial services software business RightIndem, European Strategy Director for global insurance services outsourcer Innovation Group PLC, and Insurance Managing Director of Opun, prior to its acquisition by John Lewis.

Connie is Chief Strategy Officer at Pharmacy2U, with responsibility for ensuring that its product, partnership and M&A strategy supports the company’s long-term business strategy. Having previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of LloydsDirect, Connie combines expertise in customer-centric healthcare services, digital transformation and commercial leadership. She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and gained her ACA whilst with Deloitte.

Adam is Chief Financial Officer at Reset Health, bringing eight years of capital markets experience to the role. Previously, he was Head of Healthcare Equity Research at Goodbody and has worked across the healthcare investment banking sector. Adam is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and holds a PhD in the epidemiology of metabolic health.

Gary is Chief of Staff at Pharmacy2U, having joined the business in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. A chartered accountant, Gary has held senior financial and operational roles for Ernst & Young, Citibank and Oracle. He has also worked with venture capital-backed businesses such as Simply Switch, the energy comparison site, and Scoot, the online business services platform.

Scott is Chief Operating Officer at Pharmacy2U, having joined the business as General Manager in 2020. He works closely with the senior management team to drive forward the company’s growth and development. Before joining this, Scott worked for national healthcare provider The Priory Group – overseeing forecasting and financial compliance. He previously held a senior role at global accountancy firm PwC for over 10 years.
